Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented project manager to join our team. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience in renovation and ground-up projects. Our projects range from $100K – $5M. Must be a problem-solver, possess excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. Must be proficient in Procore.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attend client meetings
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Daily communication with project superintendent and field staff
- Subcontractor bid review, negotiation and award
- Manage all costs and billables for your projects
- Develop and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- Negotiate, prepare and track change orders
Qualifications
- Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and management qualities
- Ability to work and interact in a team environment
- A well thought out approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in Procore, M.S. Project, Excel, and Outlook
