The Clark Biscuit Mills were constructed in 1884 and 1920. The two buildings remaining were converted into 43 units of affordable housing. We restored the masonry and concrete building facades. Sustainable design elements include natural lighting, high efficiency equipment, and insulated windows. Storm water management at the new parking lot utilizes rain garden for bio-retention and filtering.
