We are looking for an Assistant Project Superintendent with 1-3 years of experience working for a general contractor. Must have an excellent understanding of the construction industry, jobsite protocols, good communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to read plans and specifications. Must be proficient in Procore.
Responsibilities
Assist with setting up job site logistics and field coordination
Assist project superintendent with managing job site safety
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors
Provide two-week look aheads
Submit daily reports
Qualifications
Strong understanding of construction processes and blueprints.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment, sometimes requiring overtime.
