Construction Management
We will oversee the planning, design, and construction of your project, prior to the commencement of construction to close-out. Working with our clients, architects and industry partners early on, we can make decisions collectively. Providing value engineering, site evaluation, material selection, delivery times and a safe project approach during the pre-construction phase of a project is crucial, setting the course for a successful job.
General Contracting
As your general contractor it is our responsibility to provide material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project per plans and specifications. We will hire qualified subcontractors and perform general and sub-trade bidding and analysis. In some cases, we can self-perform certain trades if it is beneficial to the budget and schedule. We will ensure the work is being done according to the contract documents while ensuring quality workmanship.
Design-Build Services
Design–build is a project delivery method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. This is beneficial to both parties as it enhances communication while the design and construction details are being developed throughout the entire process and the focus stays on the client’s budget and schedule.
