Project Superintendent

We’re looking for a qualified project superintendent with a solid background in commercial, restaurant and retail construction, ground-up and renovation that span throughout New England. Our projects range from $100K – $5M. Candidates must be client focused, deadline-driven with excellent communication skills and knowledge of jobsite safety.

In this role, you’ll:

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Manage and update overall project schedules
• Provide three week look-aheads
• Schedule building Inspections
• Coordinate onsite material delivery
• Prepare daily logs
• Review project plans and specifications
• Review shop drawings and submittals
• Be responsible for the quality control and completion of punch lists
• Conduct weekly site and safety meetings/OSHA compliance

We’re looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 5 years of construction experience
• Previous restaurant experience
• OSHA certification
• MA Construction Supervisors License
• Proficiency in Procore, M.S. Project, Excel, and Outlook
• A high level of professionalism with strong verbal/written and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving, managerial and communication skills
• Knowledge of current building and construction codes
• Strong computer skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of safe construction practices
