This project consisted of a complete gut and fit-out of a 45,000 SF former shoe factory. The new space was converted to office and retail space with environmentally sustainable solutions. Two tenant spaces were accredited LEED Silver and Gold. Tenants included Major League Lacrosse, New Balance and Brine and Warrior Retail.
