This design-build, fit-out was located in the basement spanning up to the first floor. Construction was performed in an occupied patient building. Coordination with the Facility’s Staff and abutting departments was crucial so as not to disrupt the patients, staff and visitors. Our team met an aggressive 14 week schedule.
