This project consisted of an addition and renovation to Pond Home Nursing Home. This project was performed in phases to ensure the safety of the occupants, staff and visitors. Daily communication and coordination with the facility’s staff was crucial to schedule shut-downs, deliveries and keeping staff informed to cause limited disruption to their daily activities.
